Conversion by Strathroy
Strathroy was a Superior dealer in Ontario and also manufactured ambulances to meet the new Ontario government guidelines. Sorensen would buy some of Strathroy's Ontario conversions and sell them in western Canada. Strathroy conversions were usually on 3/4 ton van chassis which gave them a smoother ride (and a lower price) than the 1 ton van conversions which Sorensen was purchasing from Superior in the US.
