This is a perfect example of why ambulance manufacturing standards were needed. In the 1970s and early 1980s anyone could build van and modular ambulances without the help of any engineering or performance testing. When this ambulance rolled onto it's side the fiberglass roof popped right off and as you can see there is no crash stable, metal, roll cage underneath!
