Roll Over Test
In 1991 the Victorian Ambulance Service conducted a Roll Over Test to determine integrity of the ambulance body and the securement of interior equipment. Note this ambulance was equipped with three exterior sets of roll bars - a feature not found on other Australian ambulances (without these exterior rollbars the entire fiberglass ambulance body would surely have disintegrated into a zillion pieces).
To my knowledge this is the only destructive test ever conducted on an ambulance.
