Shamrock
In 1975 Brian Erickson and Rick Reddekopp quit their jobs at Crescent Ambulance Service in Saskatoon and started Shamrock Ambulance in Wadena SK. Their card printer cut off the lights and siren on their photo when he made this phone card. Also, the staff & snake on the Star-of-Life emblem is upside down.
