Ray's Ambulance

That's me behind the wheel. This station wagon belonged to the boss's wife (Diane Siurko). However in 1970 when we were short of vehicles it was transformed into an ambulance and used primarily to transfer patients from Saskatoon hospitals back to their home town hospitals throughout Saskatchewan. Ray Siurko had somehow managed to order this car with a Police Interceptor package. The speedo went to 140 MPH and I can personally verify that while returning from a one-man trip to Leoville Hospital it reached that speed!
