Crescent Ambulance Base Station
The former location of our base station at 1403 - 11th St E was not zoned Commercial and the neighbour lady complained to City Hall so we had to move. We found a house at 1801 Broadway Ave. which was properly zoned for an ambulance service. We approached the owner of the house several times offering to buy - finally he agreed but his condition was that we had to also buy all the contents of the house (except his personal stuff) and that the price was non-negotiable at $25,000. We agreed, had a big garage sale, then moved in.
