Rick Reddekopp presents the keys to Lorne Halliday. Lorne had us build him a bright yellow ambulance with a blue decal band at a time when the requirements for ambulances in Manitoba were white with an orange band. But Lorne figured if the Manitoba government were paying for the ambulance then they would have the right to choose the colours - otherwise he was going to make the decision and he choose yellow!
