McConnell Brothers Combination Car
Combination Cars (hearse and ambulance) were less popular in Canada than in the US. This coach is obviously a hearse given the color, the style of curtains, and the type of name plate on the door but it's also an ambulance as can be seen by the portable red light and by National's stylized red cross in the rear window.
