Fat Albert
The 'Fat Albert' was a van that had been widened right down the middle of the body. They were cumbersome to drive as the chassis had not been widened - the driver's seat, steering wheel and controls were still in the original position. I remember the driver's door arm rest had an extension so that you could reach it with your arm!
