1. The ambulance chassis is suspended on sturdy jacks inside a metals company warehouse.

2. A weight equal to 1.5 times the maximum GVW of the vehicle is SLOWLY placed on the roof.

3. The rigging is lowered to where the lifting chains are visibly slack.

4. In this position all the doors on the vehicle must be operable.

5. Go back to the office and celebrate - another successful test without collapsing the roof of a brand new ambulance!
