Arbour Ambulance
Arbour served Chatham but judging by the tall office buildings in this parade photo they also entered their ambulance in a parade 'out of their territory' perhaps in Windsor or London?
Note the INTERNATIONAL sign in the grille has been replaced with an ARBOUR sign.
